oh my god, yes my guy never said those three words, but his body language and expressions tell me that he loves me...but i had another virgo guy who loved saying I love you to me. but i disagree with the two ladies up there...that virgo guy wanted to use me....and thats why he kept saying those three words. but the one who never said it shows every bit of sign that he is in love with me. he always tells me how he feels lucky to have me in his life, how magical it is for him to be with me, how i am important to him, etc.......yes, he is quite modest...i like the way he cares for me.
They will if and only if they truly, honestly 100% mean it. They don't throw important phrases around like that very easily. They're not quite vocal about it to begin with, they'd rather show they love you than say it. But rest assured, if one says they do - they mean it.
The Virgo you know doesn't love you, period.
I've met Virgo men that told me that word many times but I didn't care much about them (unfortunately) and other Virgos that never said that word but wanted to buy expensive stuff for me, therefore they aren't modest 'cause Virgo usually want to make an impression (when they care).
