Hmm..Well, Pisces people are prone to romance...too much so, sometimes. There is a chance that he got bored of his home environment and needed a fictional escape(Neptune's influence)...After all, Sun-moon opposition does not always offer balance to a person.
Now supposing that this happened, it is very possible that he's going to do nothing for 2 reasons. Firstly, Virgo-influnced people tend to be quite conservative...they usually stick to their family because, they need order. Then they are also quite shy and, with the moon being affected by Virgo, it is possible that they dislike displaying their emotions (when they have feelings for someone, that is)
And secondly, this man is doubly mutable...Unless he has a remarkable Cardinal influence in his chart, I don't think that he would be willing to initiate something like that. It is probably his Virgo moon. Pisces and virgo are actually opposite signs to each other so he has a constant consience battle going on there. And virgo's are very reserved and proper about how they go about their affections. It has to be just right.
my best guy friend is a pisces. And he greets all his female friends with a kiss on the cheek, and calls most of them "beautiful, hun, babydoll, sweetie..." i figure thats just the way most pisces are.
