Is this a trait of my my sign to be so hurt deeply from something small and whic!
Question: I am a Taurus and something really small could make me doubt if the people really do care, something insignificant might hurt my feelings and I take offense on a very slight provocation. Is this common for the Taurus people? For example, I spend like 15 minutes to answer honestly here and some people who obviously have different oppinion give me a dumb down and it makes me feel I want to delete my answer. Because I am not arrogant or saying insults to be judged in this way. I never give thumbs down, if I like an answer I might contact the person and say well done if I find it offensive I would maybe report the user.

hey u know where the thumbs down can go? lol......you are a very sensitive person. what is wrong with that? i am also sensitive, but after awhile u learn to take it in stride. your feelings dont get hurt as much, because u discover, "hey, i'm a nice person, and i dont need these kind of people in my life" its just a process of growing up and learning about people and mostly about ourselves!!!
Don't worry about the thumbs downs hon. There are quite a few losers on here who give them out like tic tacs. Some because they're arrogant and they think they know better and others hate astrology in general. I only know one Taurus (my stepmom's sister) and she is very sensitive and it doesn't take much at all to hurt her feelings. Maybe that's why you're taking it so personal. Don't give these people the satisfaction by deleting your answer. You might actually give someone some helpful insight that they wouldn't get otherwise.
Could just be a trait of a teenage girl. The thumbs down just mean people disagree with your answer, not that it's stupid.
u should not worry about that, when u answer my questions, i find your answer decant and great. maybe these people are jealous that u are honest or they think is too long for answer , if i was u, i wouldn't get a damn, continue what u are doing. don't let this stuff put u down, i know u are smarter than this

I also want you to know that as a taurus, you will get up and give an even stronger answer the next time because taureans don't give up. They only get stronger and tougher. Once they have their minds made up that they like something, no one can take them away from it. So that's what I'm looking forward to see you doing.
You see that folks give me thumbs down for a lot of my answers too, right? Scr*w them! They're usually haterz that are jealous of your knowledge. Haterz know nothin but hate, so ignore 'em!

You are not alone. I have done the same thing in taking my time and thinking carefully about answering a question, only to find someone has given me a thumbs down. It does hurt and sometimes makes me mad. Then again, sometimes it doesn't bother me at all because I knew I was saying something that the questioner or other people weren't going to like. I always try to be respectful but truthful. If people don't appreciate it, then I figure it is not my problem. I try to stay out of the religion and spirituality category all together because the people there are ruthless which is so ironic really. What I believe is that because you are hurt by thumbs down means that you are a sensitive and caring person and there should be more people like you in the world and on YA. I also try not to do the thumbs down to people unless they are really rude because I don't want to hurt others either. Please carry on with your goodness - it is much needed.
Oh btw, I'm a Sag w/ a Libra moon. Libra is ruled by Venus (love) which also rules Taurus so we don't do well w/ harsh words and conflict; so yes, that might have something to do w/ the hurt you feel.
um... who cares if someone gives thumbs down? lol... you're correct, that is "extremely" insignificant, so my opinion is to probably develop a thicker skin and not let things like that affect you. I don't know if it's a trait of taurus people to be extremely sensitive, but I do know some tauruses that are like that...
I have a taurus relative that is extremely sensitive, BUT easily angered.. and It's tough to get along with him.
The best way to get over being sensitive is to find someone you know whose tail you can kick and just beat the crap out of them until they cry, then as the tears flow say "Now you see how I feel when someone upsets me by disagreeing with me." Then hand them like a 10 dollar bill or whatever and say "Now go buy something nice to make yourself feel better." Then the next time you log onto answer.yahoo , go through about 100 listing leaving a wake of thumbs down signs after everyone's answer and after that, after your crazy laughter ends, get you a nice meal at Outback Steakhouse and try to forget what you did because it will make you laugh out load and everyone in your midst will think you are insane.
there are obviously a lot of people on YA for different reasons than the rest of us. when you write your response write to those of us who honestly want to hear what you have to say. we may agree or we may disagree but we have learned the value of listening to other peoples opinions and then deciding for ourselves.
