What is the most beneficial & challenging aspect in your Chart involving the Sun!

Question: These aspects usually include one planet in (almost) perfect synastry to another i.e. conjunctions, trines, oppositions, squares etc

The most beneficial aspect for me is the Sun Trine Moon placement (about 1 degree apart), which gives me inner strength & resilience to move on despite the setbacks. I find that I have a never-say-die attitude and that I bounce back from setbacks rather quickly.

The most challenging aspect is Moon opposition Uranus (almost 0 degrees apart). Everytime I find myself in a emotionally charged matter, I react impulsively and in extremes, wanting to break ties completely etc. Well, could be for better or worse, but it's over-reactive and dramatic all the same.

What are yours and in what ways are they beneficial/stressful?

Most beneficial I consider my Sun sextile Jupiter because it makes me optimistic, jovial, ready for any adventure esp. when it comes to traveling. It's also an aspect that gives me open- mindedness (that and my Mercury in Sag).

Most difficult aspect is definetely my T-square between Moon/Saturn/Neptune (Moon opposition Saturn, both square Neptune). It's a quite tight orb too. My Moon / Saturn opposition makes me cold and detached with people I love, full of insecurities and that square in Neptune seems to make it even worse. I can't see things as they really are, they always have look much worse.

My virgo sun conjunct my ascendanct sign of pisces creates a challenge for me girl! I have the dual type of personality that you sometimes hear me talking about. I struggle everyday between perfectionism and depression. Sometimes it's between wanting to say something so bad, and closing my mouth just to keep the peace. I have a struggle of two people inside sometimes because one side of me is very bold and abrupt, while the other side is very peaceable, free flowing, and loving.

My mars trine my ascendant sign. This works for me because not only is pisces my rising sign, but it's made even more dominant in my personality thru this aspect. I actually come off as more of a pisces to others because I am EXTREMELY sensitive and intuitive. I have hidden abilities, and am extremely compassionate.

Good question.

Best is Sun+Moon, Sun+Mercury, Sun+Jupiter, Sun+Mars, Moon+Jupiter, Moon+Mars, Moon+Venus and Negative is Moon+Mercury, Sun+Venus, Moon+Saturn, Sun+Saturn OK Calculate yourself Where you stand. OK

The most beneficial I would say Sun Aquarius and Ascendant Libra. My Libra Ascendant adds force to my Aquarius Sun where not only can I see the whole picture but I can also view things, people, and situations from many perspectives.

The most challanging aspect is having South Node Leo and Sun Sign Aquarius. These make it difficult for me to balance between my conscious desire of helping people and saving the world and my unconscious desire to have people respecting, acknowleding, and admiring me all the time. It makes it difficult for I both have an ego and transcended my ego. I transcended it because I am objective about things a lot and I am not prejudicial etc... But I also have a lot of personal character and excessive ego.

If your sun is positioned in exalted position in your horoscope, or in its own rashi, and placed in friend's house, then it proves to be a beneficial throughout life and same is with moon, if it is placed in exalted, mool trikon, own sign, or friends house, you are going to reap good and beneficial things in your life
And vice versa is also true. These two planets are most important planets for terming a horoscope either good or bad.
Thanks

hm lets see, I like my sun sextile moon, like yours it gives me inner harmony and peace.

also moon conj mars, and sun sextile pluto, sun sextile neptune, and mercury conj uranus. theres more that i like but i think im supposed to only pick one

my most challenging aspect would be Sun square Ascendant, this is a big thing for me. from what i am and what id like to show, before i even knew astrology i already know that somethings not right, not about me, but more of how people expect me to act or the response that i get, or sometimes i find it hard to express myself in how id like to express.

but fortunately ive learned my lesson and came out of it alive, i feel ive gained so much from this, and i feel great =)

I think the most beneficial one is the Sun conjunct Ascendant for me. It kind of gives off the right impression to others...(although you never know with Aquarius-influenced people, hehe) On the other hand,I think it actually has more to do with my relationships with others rather than with my own self. It has been quite useful until now, though. I think it makes people trust me.

The most challenging one is my Sun-moon opposition. It really drives me round the bend...I always have that feeling of being divided...I always think "What if...?"...I believe it kind of feels like being a Libra. And the worst thing is that my Sun is too close to Aquarius and with my Moon being in a fixed sign, too, its effect is even stronger because, both of them want to "rule" the other...It becomes quite stressful when I need to make quick decisions...It is not exactly like being indecisive-although, I have to say that it sometimes has that effect, too.

Having both my sun and my moon in Scorpio, my north node in Leo, and my Venus in Libra presents some interesting situations for me. As a double Scorpio, I need more time in solitude than the average person, so I can seem to be unapproachable and aloof. Yet when I teach or perform I enjoy the spotlight, not because I am "the star" but because I enjoy sharing my creativity and joy with others and inspiring them to do the same. I love the synergy. Now a days I am learning that it is not wrong to need alone time, especially between gigs, but that in all fairness to my loved ones I should not just disappear. What I am saying here is that my moon, sun, north node, and Venus help me to live a balanced life as an introverted extrovert who is learning to let other people in on the deal, and to do my part by participating fully and creatively.

The most challenging part is simple, yet still not resolved. Who said simple would be easy? As a person who would prefer to live her life in peace, helping others to do the same, I am having a hard time owning my warrior spirit. But Life presents to me, from time to time, situations where I am forced to fight for justice. The only thing that helps is for me to remember that there is a way to fight without hurting other people or demoralizing/lowering myself. Still, that double Scorpio temper of mine is fierce when it comes. Having my north node in Leo helps. It brings out my creative side. I can channel my anger into my poetry, music, writing, performances, etc.. It also helps me to be more playful, to be able to say to my students, for ex., "Oops, there I go again. Meet my evil twin. Ha." They crack up in relief, and interestingly I don't feel angry anymore. I am trusting that my shadow side is there for a reason. I am learning healthier ways to communicate, to set boundaries, etc., without going ballistic and without severing all ties. My north node helps me to empathize and to see the child in all of us. Books like The Way of the Peaceful Warrior, and Paulo Coehlo's Warrior of the Light, certainly help. I can fight if I have to, without losing my soul or my integrity. I still have a ways to go here, but I am on my way.

Hi AstroLady -

Yes, the Sun trine Moon is a wonderful aspect - one of the best, in my opinion.

One of the most beneficial aspects in my chart is Moon semi-sextile Mars (only 29 seconds apart) which gives me the ability to continue learning and refining skills to express my anger. I am also able to use my emotions to give me a jump-start when I am feeling physically sluggish. There is a lot mind/body synergy so it is easy for me to gage the health of body by the health of mind and vice verse.

The most challenging aspect is probably the Sun in the 5th house sesiquadrate Uranus in the 1st house. I march to the tune of my own drummer which sometimes isolates me from others because I don't quite fit in. I care, but I don't care and that is confusing, even when I understand it.

-good question - it made me think.

Thanks for connecting.
