Well, like with any other relationship, it depends more on who did what. But if we're talking about a mutual deescalation of the relationship, I believe the other person would leave before the cap because they are an earth sign which causes them to be like rooted trees in their relationships. They will try to work things out for years! This is a beautiful trait, isn't it?

I can't really say if Capricorns tend to be the one to dump their lovers in the relationship or not, but they are very faithful to their partners once they are really deep in love with them. I guess if the people don't suit a Capricorn's taste in qualities, then the Capricorns will dump them. They are most likely to stay with people who are similar to themselves, but this goes pretty much for all signs too.
More likely the other party, because capricorns are usually committed to the end moreso for the simple fact we usually take things slow to make sure this is what we really want and once we made that decision, we stick to it. It's also hard for us to let go too...speaking for myself, I don't love nor fall in love easily, so when I do, it's very hard to let go.
i want to leave everytime we fight, but in reality i again come back to him...there is a say about capricorn that in love they are like spring ball...always ends up to that same place again.
