No, but really....I know from experience how hard it is to approach Mr. Cap...he can be pretty intimidating, can't he?
I have some good news, though. If you two have been seeing each other at all, he probably already knows and he won't waste his time on someone he isn't into. Mr.Cap doesn't even bother approaching a girl until he's scoped her out FOREVER! He was probably watching you for weeks before he even spoke to you.
But, that still doesn't help breaking the news...
I disagree with the "cleavage" thing...Mr. Cap is usually conservative and likes a woman to be classy...and all his. He'd like cleavage in private, but he will want a partner that reflects his own reserve in public, so, if you MUST dress to impress, try dressing to reflect his own style. Chances are, he already likes you as you are, so I wouldn't sweat that!
If you're getting all the right vibes from him, just pull him aside privately and calmly tell him.
If you're shy, or you're not sure how he'll react, I always recommend writing Mr. Cap a love note...he'll have time to think about what you're saying, won't give you that knee jerk reaction that makes life awkward, and it gives him plenty of time to think it all over. It may be a nerve-wrecking time for you until he answers, but it makes his life a little easier...and it doesn't pressure him so he's more likely to give you the response you're looking for from him.
