My brother is. He in actual years is 47 the other day., so he is almost 12. LOL They gave Mom a choice for his birthday of Feb. 28 and March 1st to celebrate It is in parenthesis). She chose Feb. 28 because my Dad's is the 23 and my other brother's is the third.
