Neptune in 8th House does support that your imagination is strong and also your dreams can be a source of otherwise hidden knowledge. Since death will probably come while you're already unconscious or in coma, death by drug use is a very real possibility. Seek out interpretations of your dreams for your best and true guides in life.
Technically, yes. But other aspects must support it, and I don't recommend that interpretation, as it's needlessly dire...there are so many other good things that can be, too...
I don't think that is necessarily so. You would need to look at the ruler of the ascendant (first house) and see where that planet is located in your chart. You would also need to look at the aspects of the planets to each other.
I have moon conjunction Neptune in my 8th house, and I do not worry about dying of drug use or drowning, even though I know it is a possibility. None of us know 100% certain how or when we will die.
