Arrogant, yes. Spontaneous when it comes to travel. Deep thinkers, when it comes to lying.
Definitely deep thinkers because this is a 'thinker' sign. Unless there are more mutable influences in the chart, they are more initiative than spontaneous (Cap being a Cardinal sign). And reliable....yes, 100% when it comes to work and responsibility but in the romance department....er, that's a different story. Can be unreliable and usually evasive or nonchalant when it comes to affairs of the heart.

I second Lady's answer--I'm a Cap, my mate's a Cap, and he's really more of a deep thinker, definitely not spontaneous, very reliable, and a bit of a temper...that's something that people don't often mention about Caps...the Sea goat has it's tail in the emotional waters...slow to anger, but WOW what a temper...
agree with the others and to add, i'm not spontaneous i try to plan for all events.
and spot on about the capricorn temper i can be so REALLY angry that i have to watch it and not let it go.
