I think it actually could be a good match. Your venus signs are both in air, which makes them really compatible, and mars in virgo is also compatible with mars in cancer because they are both feminine signs. Another good thing is that even though the venus in libra (which is one of the signs it rules) and mars in cancer are technically clashing, they create a kind of sexual tension, if in aspect. And even though mars in virgo is clashing with venus in gemini, both are in the signs that the planet Mercury rules, which makes them a little more compatible. But there are other things to look at for compatibility. These venus/mars combos probably create quite a bit of excitable passion.
