It does not matter if there is no Feb. 29, they still get a year older. Their birthday would actually be at midnight on Feb. 28.

usually people just celebrate it on the 28th of feb or the 1st of march...

they would be 4 years old in the 7th grade

they just celebrate on the next day or the day before

people usually celebrate it on the 28 feb or i can be the 1st march but then you in a different month.

Some take advantage and use both days !!

Humans age every day. Just because someone born in a leap year on feb 29 only sees their birthday once every 4 years, it does not mean that they stop ageing during the rest of the 365 days of the year.......

If someone was born in on Feb 29th in a leap year, they would be 4 years old technically when they are 16 but I don't think they would be as short as a 4 year old!

It doesn't make a difference, they still get older. My cousin was born on that day, and we celebrated yesterday. The whole day we joked saying he was turning 3. Even though he is now 12.

Well they would get one year older at midnight even if their birthday is every four years.

They have their Birthdays on Feb.28 or Mar.1 and then on a leap year they have their Birthdays on Feb.29
