Edit: actually it is a good question because signs have different energies and vibes so does music. Went to a conversation group one day and we spoke about that very theme....was entertaining !!

I love how everyone agrees that Aries is embodied by rock, metal, thrash metal, etc, especially since I'm an Aries and those are my favorite genres all diehard-like.
I'll have to agree that by element, fire signs are more rock and metal (alternative or hardcore), wind signs are more jazzy and have eclectic alternative genres encompassed, water signs are more new age including techno and as much as I dislike it, rap/pop/hiphop, and earth signs include classical to traditional folk.
