I know for sure that Gemini people are wonderful, very loving ...sometimes moody but basically they do make very good partner. They are very committed to a relationship...at least I have known a few and so far they are really nice people.
Libra ...well I can't really say much except that both my bros are Libras and their relationships so far has surpassed 10 years so they must have some sort of loving ways...can't say.

Both gemini and libra are air signs and are blessed with good communication capabilities, flirting characteristics, good general knowledge, and both are lovable.
