I'm sorry to say but, following the practices of conventional science, religion, and common sense; there are no such thing as psychics. The supposed divining nature of Tarot cards, for example, are merely the mind attributing and relating events to what is essentially 'random' events. (I say 'random' loosely because I do not believe in random events, only nearly infinite complex cause-and-effect)
As far as I understand it, time is a property of matter which exists from buildup energy, and probability is influenced by a lifelong series of cause-and-effect. If you want to know what is going to happen to you...it is nearly impossibly to predict with perfect accuracy. You can see trends in your life, and follow up on them to guess what will happen, but even this is extremely fallable.
Remember, life is perception. What happens to you doesn't determine how you see the world, how you see the world determines what happens to you. If you choose to live each day to its fullest, striving for happiness or sucess or anything else, you will find it.
