While this does depend on a lot of other factors, I'll take a stab at this question anyway. At a guess, I'd say Cancer. They are such tenacious, possessive partners that they're too busy clinging to YOU to go looking for anyone else.
This is the case with two Cancer men I know. Although I have to say that their respective Leo wives hate them (and I don't like 'em either).

I'd say Cancers and Leo's are the most less likely to cheat. Cancer's are very lovey-dovey and "love being in love." They are less likely to do anything that could jepordize those loving feelings. They are also very marraige and long-term relationship minded which might be overwhelming to some.
Leo's are a little different though. When they are single they are VERY single and date/flirt alot. But when they are taken they are VERY taken and usually have the will power not to cheat.
Stay clear of Aries...they are very hard to keep in a relationship. They usually lose interest after "the chase" is over and move on to their next victim.

Cancers cheat, trust me. I knew one that had three girls pregnant at one time and had all of them thinking that they were the only one he was seeing. This is just from MY personal experience so I'm going to have to go with Leos and Scorpios.

You are a product of your parents genes, your environment, the school you went to, there are numerous factors that influence a persons persona and personality, and horoscopes and star signs are not one of them.
How could a person be a twin yet have the attributes of two different star signs. So in effect is doesn't make sense. It's all generalizations. Coincidentally there may be about 5% coincidence in star signs.
