Friends are ok. But not romantic relationships. It can be caos.
Cancer is too temperamental and possessive for an airy Libra. And Cancer is clingy and Libra is more independent. Libras often keep their heads in the clouds and Cancer finds it hard to understand that. Cancers also want their girl/boy to stay at home and discuss their feelings with them. But the socialable Libra is not going to keep up with Cancer's clingyness.

As friends, we do. I'm a Cancer.
BUT sometimes Libras can be too low self-confident and it's no point pushing them up to make them feel good about themselves. That's why's annoying sometimes but overall, they are nice friends.
Ask for their -Libra- help, they'll whine a bit then help. :D
