If done with integrity and honesty, I think most Caps can accept the inevitable outcome. Just don't try to lie or cheat us...we can spot phonies from a mile away. Once Caps decide to leave a r/s and walk out the door, there'll be no last words or reproaches...Caps just go. You'll rarely hear from them again, unlike some other signs.
