Water can't beat air. Cold mean logic and intellect would destroy their "souls" so to speak, and hurt them so bad.. sorry but this s the truth.
But... scorpios might beat libras, because scorpios are a warrior sign.

As for a fight to the death, I am Libra and would fight Scorpio anytime but would have a gun hidden in my shoe because Scorpio are , in essence, strong physically or should I say, would fight to the finish. I would win unfairly.

i am an air sign, an aquarius. in the end, cold logic and intelligence will mostly outpower useless emotion. when someone says a scorpio is powerful and will fight to the death i laugh. i have never met a scorpio that hasn't tried to overpower me, i have ALWAYS reduced them to rubble. we are good at controlling our emotions so scorpios emotional attacks are of no use, where as we air signs can overpower with our minds. truly i will fight longer, harder, and with more "sting" and ferocity than a scorpio

Libras make good soldiers. They are emotionally detached from their feelings and have no problem shooting anyone (men, women, child, animals) in war. We make great detectives because we are intellectuals. We also are very good at manipulating others.
Libra would beat Scorpio because we attack with random violence people least expect. Usually we have it all planned it. We are premeditative murderers when we kill.
