I have a lot of Sag in me, and have always had problems with Aries. Are trines r!
Question: I am a Sagittarius with Sag rising, and my moon, mars, and neptune are all in Sag as well. Yeah, I have a hard time with people who have a lot of Aries in them, particularly sun, mercury, moon, or venus in Aries, I seem to come across them quite a bit, get close fast, and then can't stand them for their egoism, bossiness, complete shallowness, dishonesty (with themselves more than anything), insensitivity, bullheadedness, rage problems, conformity, run with the pack-edness, need to be trendy (ugh!), and brattiness. Are there any astrology experts out there who think that trines actually cause problems in relationships? Or is this most likely a result of certain mixes of aries (aries with scorpio, taurus, virgo, or pisces for example)? I guess I should mention I have mercury in capricorn and venus in aquarius. It's the EGO of the fire signs.
Find an earth sign to temper your raging fire, or an air sign to combust you to giggles.
Basically a fire sign goes with water, but they put you out, and its not quite so good for self esteem.
Trines arent always good. You get so comfortable you tend to pick fights out of boredom. I am libra, and my friends are seldom gem, aqua.. y'know? we are too familiar with each other it turns to animosity sometimes!
you need to line up your planets better. I'm an Aries. mellow and laid back as they come. good sense of humor. hard working and reliable. Halle bopp will be back some day, buy a ticket.
Firstly, trines are good in respect to the aspect. In other words, a trine in one's natal chart, or in a synastry or composite chart of some sort. But, as far as "sign" trines (aries the sign trine sagittarius the sign), it doesn't indicate as much. In general sagittarius and aries get along quite well, but this is only pertaining to one thing. If you are or have an emphasis on a water sign, particularly scorpio, then aries problems more likely occur.
Basically, you can't go on one thing, especially not just sun signs. As the answerer before me shows, not all aries are so brash and arrogant and even tempermental. The whole chart must be examined. And it sounds like you have some major bias' against aries. They can be very difficult people, but I've known some aries who were very kind and just all-around good people. No sign is always bad.
I don't believe any astrologer would say trines are bad. They are the most harmonious and just plain good aspect of any aspect period. They literally represent harmony between the energies involved. Also, I must ask: does neptune and/or the moon conjunct your ascendant? This would explain things more.
I hate to be patronizing, but you really shouldn't be so negative towards aries. It's not fair. You've listed every negative quality and no good quality. What about their leadership ability or their courage? I'm just saying. I'm not an aries myself, I'm just going by experience and book smarts. I'm sorry if I seem rude, I'm just being blunt.
Not many things are "always" good. As you've heard, a little bit of learning can be a dangerous thing...as as you can see, astrology is a very involved subject, much more than just sun signs and trines.
With all that stuff in Sagittarius, I'd say that you're the typical Saggie. I can understand why you'd have trouble with the other more aggressive fire sign, Aries. Sagittarius is the sign that flirts the most with the least intent of forming any type of relationship. You also have this incredible habit of speaking very bluntly, sometimes without regard for other people's feelings. If you can't help being so judgmental, you should at least try not to spend too much time around people who get on your nerves...which is probably very few people anyway.
I also have Mercury in Capricorn and Venus in Aquarius, but I'm a lot less judgmental and more tolerant of other people and have many friends. This is probably because I don't have all that fire in my chart.
