Wow, I am guilty as hell of that too..
My Taurus Moon may be lazy at times, but when i see the messed up emotions people around go through, I feel more blessed than cursed with this placement. I overcome this laziness by indulging myself totally into something until the desire wears out. This depends on individual charts but personally, I use the fiery energies (Mars esp) in me to force myself up and get cracking with work. Taurus Moon may be lazy at times (its a luxury, enjoy while you can) but once we've made our minds up about something, that determination is second to none.
Instead of seeing it as a totally negative thing, the slow starting bit arises because our emotions are so fixed once we set our minds to doing something that when something rocks the boat, we are at a loss as to how to react. So we stubbornly dig into our heels and stay put like that for a while. I find that this actually gives me space and time to plan my next step as we are cautious and steady emotionally and dont like to act recklessly or impulsively...
Slow and Steady wins the race, that's why Taurus is the best (exalted) Moon placement. When I look at others with affIicted Moon signs, I certainly don't take mine for granted!

That was my guess.. Aquarians usually think practically and very very much logically.
My moon is taurus. But i'm not lazy. But yes even if i get lazy at times i force myself not to be in that state for long. All these depend from person to person.

I'm a Sagittarius and my moon is in Taurus. I'm not lazy in any way. Never have been, never will be. But, if I do happen to feel this way I will think positive thoughts just to give me that extra boost to get going. I have Capricorn rising so I'm a very hard worker.
I wouldnt call myself lazy, but it takes me a while to get started with things-which is not a bad thing because then I reserve my energy and last longer
Everyone operates in a different way, if you are conscious of being lazy try to work on it, as long as you realize your negative traits then you can only begin to work on them
