Aquarius people like to be the center of attention. They want all attention on them at all times. In a way they are very clingy and stalkerish. Libras are independent and emotionally detached. We are selfish and do as we please.
The Aquarius men aren't so bad, but the women are extremely jealous and crave attention.
I had 3 Aquarius friends, but as time went on I started treating them all like total crap because they wouldn't stay out my personal affairs.

what's causing it is the differences in natal charts.
Librans & Aquarians r both Air signs, meaning they both are intelligent, witty, sarcastic, etc. & Aquarius loves attention, especially when they say something clever, & people notice. I would guess it's probably because u are getting more laughs than he is, & if I know my eccentric Aquarians ( & i do lol) he'll probably get over it if u laugh at him more often, or he may try to 'out-funny' u, lol! Aquarians r some of the weirdest but funnset people i ever met, & I'm a Libra 2btw, we are charming & sometimes Aquarians get spitty or jealous when we 'outshine' them..he'll get over it, let urself be the butt of his jokes for a while, then slap him up side the head!!!
