Why do people think I am an Aries?!

I am very opinionated and not scared to show my claws when my mind is made up but usually I am very diplomatic and LISTEN to people who disagree. People say it's because how I fight for battered women, rape victims etc but I am just a passionate libra!

I am not a professional astrologer or ANY astrologer for that matter, but I had been a seasoned astrology buff for quite some time.
From my perspective every sun sign has traits of its OPPOSITE sun sign, in your case Aries.
Also check that north node placement. This is very real and crucial.
My sister who is a Cancer sun sign acts like a Gemini at times and tracing her north node I found it in Sagittarius, meaning that she carries Gemini baggage and acts like one when she should really act more like Sagittarius, at least in THIS LIFE TIME.
I am a Capricorn sun sign, and have my north node in Capricorn as well ( not to mention my opposite sun sign being Cancer). Thus If I do act and feel like cancer at times, it's because I carry Cancer sun sign traits from my most recent life-time when I should in fact act more its opposite sun sign, i.e. Capricorn-wise.
I am still a novice into this but what I know about it so far is worth my time and effort. I found this to be very true indeed

Aries don't listen to people. I am one so I should know.
My best friend is a Libra and we get along very well but she never acts/thinks like me. We are two different people (and I mean.. 90% different) but we love each other.
Maybe people think you are an Aries because of your moon. My dad is a Capricorn and we are very much the same (that's why we don't get along hahah =] ) Because I have my moon in Cancer and sometimes I act like a very sensitive and shy person, even if there is a voice in my head saying that I am an extrovert. So maybe a moon in Capricorn + sun in Libra = a very passionate person.
