Hello...Would anyone give me a run down on the Aquarian Male?...Born February Fi!
Question: Seems I have had my interest on such a person for a while...but did not quite realize it, since of recently. All I can say is that he is delightful, funny, truly mercurial, very determined, and makes me laugh, at times when I would normally brood.
One thing about him is that he seems flighty or difficult to reach, for I don't know what reason...it is not deliberate though.
He just seems to be like a live fish, which once held to one's delight in hand, quickly slips into the water only to swim farther and further from capture. Being a Scorpio female, this is aggravating, since, even though I deny it, I am quite possessive.
Any ins as to Mr. Aquarius, without having to go through charts and what not.
What is the general Aquarius temperament in a man???

instinctively flees from being held, even for a moment in any hand. He loves the "sea" : his freedom too much!

I am an aquarian. So I will probably tell you how I see myself and how others see me.
Aquarians actually are in an Air sign and not a water sign. We constantly think about something, always brooding in thought. Our minds are up in the air I guess, trying to come up with solutions for problems, thinking about theories, ... well, just always thinking. One minute I am talking about dogs, the next minute I am talking about my bank account. Hence I am not surprised when you said "flighty". We are funny ( at least that's what my wife says) and "witty". We seem serious at times, but when I think this comes from an innate mistrust of people, that again comes from our love of privacy. Once you do obtain our trust, then we will be the best of friends, and when we are more at ease with you, we can be really funny.
We like to discuss things: talk about politics, religion, philosophy, science, work, etc, etc. To the point that we sometimes exhaust the person we are discussing things with. My wife says I discuss things "to death!"
We are self-sacrificing sometimes to the point that we forget that we are overdoing it and lose ourselves in the process. We love the idea of "giving ourselves" to others.
We can be mercurial but also moody. But during those times, it is best to leave us alone in peace because we also hold solitude very dearly at times. Almost to the point that you will sometimes feel neglected or alone, but it doesn't necessarily mean that we are distancing ourselves from you. It's just that we want to be alone sometimes. That is very typical aquarian.
Socially, we can get along with practically anybody because Aquarians are the arbiter of the zodiac, we would like to be in the middle of the debate, we like to compromise, to meet halfway. So we make good team players and we avoid confrontation at all costs.
We love our freedom yes, but we sometimes love to be possessed too. You are a Scorpio and an Aquarian might not understand how you are so damn possessive at times. But then again, aquarians have a possessive side too. But when we try to let go and want to be alone, don't take it personally. That's just the way we are. Then before you know it, we're back in your arms.
We are very creative. And very intuitive especially with person we are dating or are in love with. Don't be surprised if he can read your mind later on and talk about something you were just about to ask.
Aquarians are called the most "unromantic" of the zodiac signs. Being an aquarian, I beg to disagree. I do have a romantic side. At least just what my wife says. And I can be very creative about it.
How to catch his attention? Food. We love to eat. But most importantly: brain food. Find out what topic he likes to talk about. Find out what topics he is passionate about. Then you got him hooked.

PS. Tigerbabe I think got most of the issues right. Blue is a favorite. And as far as perfume or cologne, anything citrus like.
