I think a Libra guy would go for #2!
well of course, you can NEVER tell with libras (sorry i hate libras lol)
but i would say the first one, since libras like to sway from tradition a little bit, and that dress is edgy (in a good way). but if he's in a bad mood, you're screwed with whatever dress you get anyway.
