Believe in it. Trust me, Cusp Concepts have it harder than Central Images, which are full signs that aren't on the cusp. The Leo\Virgo cusp is the polar opposite to the Aquarius\Pisces cusp. Well, I have read that Libras are a perfect match for Leos. However, it depends how much Virgo you have in your chart. Libras could infuriate Virgos because we are the complete opposite to them - messy, lazy and unorganised.
Leos and Libras make good partners because Leos tend to love being the centre of attention - and Libras are more than happy to lavish attention on them. There are plenty of other reasons too. For example, they both share a love for the finer things. Leo can teach Libra to be a bit more fiery and opinionated - whilst Libra can teach Leo to be more placid and see both sides of the story.
Strangely enough, 2 of my 3 major relationships have been with Leos (through coincidence only!) and they have been the two best ones. My worst was with a Cancerian...... moody b*stard! ;-)

I have the Libra version and found it to be very thorough and informative. You could also get the Virgo one - although I would consider seeing a professional astrologist and getting your chart read if you can't decide where you fall. I myself was born on the cusp of Virgo and Libra - but I have practically no Virgo in me whatsoever!
Of course, you should take astrology with a 'pinch of salt'! Just treat is as something interesting - not something to govern your life by!
