I have read that in all signs, there are three different types. The first of the cycle are considered the true sign, the Leo, then the middle of the cycle is more like a Sagittarius, then the last of the cycle, more like an Aries. This is in all the signs.
All Leos are unique because they have different moon signs :)

The difference is not based on where your Sun is in the sign of Leo, but instead where the other planets are. Someone who is born in the earlier part of Leo is going to have some of their other planets in different signs and houses as well as different aspects between the planets. More importantly is that you know where and what time (exactly) you were born because this is what determines the differences between Sun sign Leos and all other Sun signs.
Some people might try to tell you about cusps and nonsense along those lines, but that just isn't true. The time and location of birth as well as the date (day month and year) is what makes everyone unique astrologically. I have seen hundreds of birth charts and none of them are even close to being similar to mine or to anyone else.
But your Sun sign information and traits are going to be the same regardless of what part of the month you were born in for that sign. What changes from day to day and even hour to hour are the aspects and house positions.
