Does Rising LIBRA and Rising CANCER get along good?!

In a word... maybe two : not really.
This forms a square aspect between the 2. Libra Rising will act in a manner that can appear to be threatening to the Cancer's Rising desire for stability and security. What i mean by this is that Libra Rising appears to be much more into socializing and communicating with others and thrive in the public relations filed, at least superficially speaking. They often appear charming and irresistable to others, esp the opposite sex.
Cancer Rising on the other hand, appears more domesticated and tied to family tradition, history, and home affairs in generally. They appear to be quiet passive, introverted individuals as compared to the sociable Libra Rising, who possibly finds some their behavior restricting as it curbs their freedom to mix and mingle as well.
The good news is that since it is only a Rising, it doesnt indicate long-term compatibility in a relationship as this isnt an accurate barometer for someone's true character. It only goes so far as to show how they operate in the external world and how they'd like to be perceived by others. In fact, such differences sometimes add excitement and unpredictability to the relationships as they make it more interesting and less dull...a bit of conflict now and then is positive sometimes.

rising signs have a kind of pretentiousness and superficiality, sun - asc is good to look at, but asc - asc just doesnt tell much, and all the attraction would be in a superficial level even fake.
Your rising sign describes your physical appearance. Probably they might have an attraction towards one another, but being compatible depends on your sun sign.
