Question: Have the most relaxed gait. Almost like, nothing is ever urgent, and they will get there eventually? You will never see these types run for anything (well pretty much)

I'd have to say Pisces. It's like time doesn't exist to these people, especially when they're kids. They just drift along in their little fantasy worlds....
Two of the pokiest kids I've ever met were Pisces sun children (one the daughter of a friend, the other a former student of mine). I've witnessed these kids in action, the first one can take over an hour to walk a distance that would and does take anyone else 10 minutes. The second one actually always made me laugh. The school where I work is in a plaza with other businesses, including a bakery. The bakery is owned by the parents of one of my pisces student's little friends. It wouldn't matter how early she showed up at the plaza, I'd always end up having to head over to the bakery at her lesson time to fetch her and bring her back over to the studio for her lesson, because she lost track of time. And then it would *still* take her a good 5 or 10 minutes to get herself over there (it's maybe a 20 second trip from one business to the other). By the time she said goodbye to her friend (and everyone else in the bakery most likely) got herself over to the studio, settled herself down at the piano and got her books out of her bag (if she remembered them...which actually didn't happen very often...I spent a *lot* of time trying to figure out what to do with that kid because she hardly ever remembered to bring her books with her, let alone practise (gasp! perish the thought!!)) typically half of her lesson would be gone. And the thing that always killed me about it was that she never seemed stressed out or worried about or even aware of how late she was! She knew she was late, but it would just be something like "I'm sorry I'm late" in her very dreamy little pisces voice, very sweet and polite with her dreamy little pisces smile but with no urgency in it whatsoever, and still moving at snail's pace. She didn't care that she was wasting half of her lesson. I suppose she just figured that she'd be there when she was meant to be there. The first child's grandmother is a pisces sun, and she's much the same. They have no concept of time. I have Neptune conj. sun, and I was a lot the same when I was a kid. I'm still late a *lot* because I tend to get absorbed in things and lose track of time, I move faster now though, because I understand that late is something that I really don't want to be....still not always (or even mostly) on time, but if I moved at the pace I'd like to, I'd never get anywhere ever:-p

Yeah, I agree with the Libran part also. You see they really like to maintain their collectedness...I suppose that's because of the Venus influence (perhaps seeming stressed is not recorded as that beautiful or graceful in their minds).
Then they also take so much time to decide themselves so I guess they are pretty used to it. It is said that they are "lazy" but, I believe they seem much more "laid back" rather than lazy.
