With this quincunx (inconjunct) aspect of 2 signs 150 degrees apart, the Sun and Moon signs come from vastly different perspectives. This type of man may appear confusing or contradictory to others around if there aren't more positive aspects in his chart present.
On one hand, he is the idealistic philosopher and gambler who takes an optimistic view in life and geared towards risk-taking, higher learning and foreign travel. He is the spontaneous archer who wants to be untamed and free to roam and do whatever he wants to in life.
On the other hand, his Moon sign indicates a deep inner need for emotional security and stability. The Moon in a man's chart also indicates the type of mate he seeks (even on a subconscious level) to be the mother of his children and this could even out the Sagittarius desire to be a swinging single.
It is never easy to tie down a Sag man and there is no gaurantee that this combo would make him the marrying type but one thing is more sure, whether he is aware of it or not, he definitely needs more emotional security in elationships than the typical Sag.
I would suggest you check out the other planetary placements in his chart as well, in particular Venus, which reveals his attitude towards love. A well aspected Saturn also indicates a good sense of responsibility in life. If there are better aspects between Moon-Venus, Sun-Saturn, Moon-Saturn, they could 'ground' him more.
I've known many Taurus guys who cheated on their girlfriends and are still single. And many Sagittarius guys who are happily married.
So it could be the other way around :)
But really, marriage is a very serious and highly personal thing. It's a decision anyone could make if they are in love and ready.
