Horary question?!

Question: if your significator is in detriment but it is aspecting the peregrine ruler of the house in question with a trine // moon aspects the peregrine ruler of the house possitively, is that still a yes despite the weakness of the maior significators?

thanks

It would be a lot easier to answer this if you posted data or listed signs.
.
Three rules for horary that should never be forgotten:

1) Dignity shows the power to act
2) Reception show the inclination to act.
3) Aspects show the ability to act

In your case your significator and the significator of the quesited (that which you asked about) are weak in dignity so they have little power to act. I don't know the signs but I'm guessing there is little or no reception between them. If there is no reception then there is no desire to bring about that which you asked. The other extreme would be mutual reception in which case there is a great deal of desire to bring it about.

There is an aspect, and if it is applying and nothing is in the way or aspects either significator before the aspect of the significators perfects, what you asked about will probably come to pass but without the other two, it may not be what you expect. If the aspect is separating, then you asked too late. It either happened or it won't happen.

Forget parallels of declination in horary. The idea is to keep it simple. Not make it complex.

That's the best I can do with what I've got.

I am not a professional astrologer, but did a web search for the complicated facts regarding the zodiac....here it is....I wish you luck.
