And once again I will say that there is a reason that the sign and house cusps are lines and not shaded in gray areas, and that is because until we learn to clone the planets, they can't be in two signs at once. The planet is on one side of the line or the other. However, within your birthcart, *all 12 signs* are represented, so as Jamie said, if you're feeling more like a Libra at times, it's because you've got another planet (or planets) in that sign. Where this will manifest in your life will be determined by the house where the sign/planet(s) reside, as well as which planets are in that house and what aspects those planets make to others in your chart. Jamie is quite correct - cusps are nonsense for planetary positions.
Your mother looks to be quite a personality. Rebellious in the extreme, and out-of-it some of the time - mental problems or substance abuse or both?
