i don't know where you found that "stay away" info but that's not true...
the truth is that Tiger, Horse and Dog are three signs of same type so usually they are really compatible for having much in common
the couple male Horse and female Dog is especially lucky -- imagine a typical hunting picture -- noble horse and loyal dog are working well together...
and living together either :D
