It really depends whether both of you show the typical traits of each star sign. If you are a Cap, you would normally be steady, good manager, and thinks things for some time before acting. If she's Aries, she is fiery, impulsive and sometime a spoiled brat...meaning she always wants to get her way. But really, it all depends if you are able to accept each other and your unique star sign traits.
