yes you should because you like him very much and it will make you happy spending time with him. he will definately say yes if you do because he is very attracted to your free-spirited, easy going nature. he has been thinking about asking you out for a while but hasnt had the courage to do it yet but he really wants you to make that move. your relationship will be fun and happy and wont get too serious or complicated, but that is ok because that isnt what you two want. i would definately do it!
