there are real feelings but there is some regret from him. he likes you, it's not yet love, but if you open up to him, he'll start to love you more. right now he is still uncomfortable, so don't go to fast with him.

although he is with you, he still has some feelings for other girls (not relationship wise, more like put-in-the-back-of-the-head backups. don't worry though, he is a reliable and loving person)
