7th house is the house of marriage, and business partners...also open enemies. With aquarius 7th house, you want your partners to be your friend first and foremost, you also are attracted to eccentric/strange people. the more weirder, the better. also you demand freedom and need space for a relationship to work.
Your seventh house is your descendant or the sign opposite your ascendant, and being the fact that you have the descendant in aquarius that would mean that you have a leo ascendant in your first house.
Actually, in vedic astrology even a single house rules upon so many peculiarities. Say, 2nd house is the house of family, accumulated money, right eye, face, speech etc. etc. In the same way 7th house relates with husband in case of female, wife in case of male, business, business partner, public life, back bone etc. etc. So, it creates confusion in the beginner's mind to reach any substantial conclusion.

So, when we find affliction on this house we see the condition of concerned significators. For example if seventh house is afflicted and simultaneously Mercury is afflicted then we may conclude that business will suffer and if Mercury is okay but Venus(significator of marital life) is afflicted then the negativity will manifest from married life.
