I'm not an expert at reading charts.
but I know having a sun in saggitarious would mean something like a wide spread of news, possibly pleasent or unpleasent, or a possible dictator, for better or for worse.
But I'm completely confident that Pluto in Capricorn means there will be big changes, economically, every where. The world will apearently go through a huge change.
