As a Cancer male myself, I can say that it took another water sign (Scorpio) to understand that those "little things" that I would do were acts of love. So, really, look at what he's doing for you. Are they special for you? Does he always seem available to you?
Cancers will go slow, we don't want to leave our shells of protection until we are sure we won't be hurt. That being said, it took me two weeks just to reach a place that I felt comfortable enough to hold my future wife's hand. It was a month until I kissed her, and that's after we started dating. It took me four months of knowing and talking to her before I first asked her out.
As far as being lovers, I've been told that I've been the best, but what do I know? Your pleasure is important to us. We will go out of our way to pleasure you. Be romantic in your passion. Yes you can be compatable.. Usually cancerian men know how to treat women and make them feel loved.. I'm surprised he hasn't shown you "his warm side yet" but maybe he wants to see if you too are compatable.. In my experience however cancer men will ask a woman they truly love to marry them within 1 or 2 years of a relationship..
Ok being a cancer myself and knowing this from personal experience the libra cancer match is not the best match there is. You two can be attracted to each other very much in the beginning and "seem" to get along fairly well but then as time goes on cancer can sometimes get too clingy and needy for airy libra who needs parties and needs to socialize, but in general us cancer guys are very loving and caring and sensitive with our partners and we like to mother our partners, and in my opinion since i am a can er i think we make very good lovers, but to be honest fo a "libra" it's too much.
I'd say peoples belief in total codswallop such as horoscopes and star signs, none of which has any basis in scientific fact, may be restricting their ability to form lasting relationships. But then that's just my opinion.
Well, technically you'd need to look at all the other aspects and planet placements of your birth charts, because even though your sun signs are not usually compatible, you may have a lot of planets in water, his in air, etc.
Having said all that, I'm a scorpio, my husband is a Cancer, and I love him dearly and he's a wonderful husband. As lovers, I have been with 3 different Cancer men, and I will say that not only were each of them excellent for my scorpio self, they also all seemed very interested in satisfying me orally. being a cancer , i'd say you too have a possibility of being compatible. Libra's a little too flirty and extroverted for withdrawn cancer. just remember not to push too hard with these sensitive crabs, and be very patient. he's probably just staying in his shell in fear of being hurt, so let him know he's safe.
