Well, typically stereotyping now, it's Scorpio.
But, if you ask me, all signs have some jealousy traits...or almost all of them. Scorpio may just be the one who experiences it more intensely and uses the sting more painfully.
Aries just want to be first, Leos want to be in the spotlight, Sags want to run the fun show, Libras need to feel beautiful and loved enough, Aquarians want to be unique, Geminis want to be ahead of the crowd, Capricorns want to be the most successful, Tauruses want to be the most wealthy, Virgos want to be the ones providing the best service, Cancers want to feel protected and safe and Pisces want to keep their imagination's freedom.
ANYONE (independently of sign) can become jealous when feeling "threatened". Mainly because jealousy is due to a feeling of inadequacy or insecurity. No one can claim that Scorpios are feeling insecure all the time, for example, because even insecurity needs a reason to be caused.
Feeling jealous and acting upon it are completely different. Everyone has a different way of responding to jealousy, HOWEVER, this way does not cancel or change the existence of jealousy.
So, while every sign can feel jealous, not all of them have the same way of acting according to it. Consequently, how painful the "revenge" is going to be only depends on the receiver-therefore it is something entirely subjective.
Personally, I have witnessed a jealousy "crisis" from almost all of the Sun signs and I have to say that one way or another, all of them manage to get the "message" across when needed...

Cancers do get jealous too. But in my opinion, Signs that hide feelings a lot gets jealous the most.
But I'd go for Scorpio, Cancer, Capricorn, Taurus.
do you mean in love or in general? i am a capricorn/aquarius that regards myself as a capricorn. i am very jealous when it comes to possessions, no one can have anything that i want. i get jealous when someone has something i want and get very quiet when this happens. in love i am jealous to an extent. not so much that i seem anxious or clingy but i do feel unhealthy rage when i see my girlfriend talking to another guy or if a guy starts to "casually" touch her shoulder or something
I'd say Gemini or Cancer. I don't know. I think every sign gets jealous in their own way. I mean, who wants someone to cheat on them?

Scorpio, without a single doubt and personal experience...
Lets us just say i have a scorpio moon and everytime i saw someone even touching the person i liked i just feel like riping that someones head off... extremelly jealous... sometimes i had to be absolutelly sure i know what she was doing, it ****** me up, specially when we werent even having a relationship, later on we even discussed that things couldnt work out (rejection sucks :'( )... i guess my scorpio moon takes things too serious no matter what, until, of course, i hear the word "no"...
luckily that was the past, now i can breathe, for a while...
However, in possession terms(which, i dont care lol, unless of course, someone tries to throw them in my face), its probably a fire sign, not sure which though... fire seems to want to have it all... so they may get jealous if they cant get something... :P

Aquarius, Jealous? I wouldn't think so! not unless they had some other conflicting signs. Gemini yes, I am one and I know at times I have got really Jealous. But I think Scorpio is the worst for it really. Perhaps Pisces also.

Aries is kind of posessive, nothing to do with jealousy. Leo doesn't like attention that is entitled to them going to someone else instead. Again, nothing to do with jealousy.
Cancer can be posessive as well, and slightly jealous, but not enough to be considered remarkable.
Scorpio, as you know, knows the green eyed monster very well. BUT surprisingly enough, Aquarius is quite the jealous sign as well.
