Ok, well first off, the cusps are tricky because the sign that you're closer to, gives more to your personality than the one you're farther away from, so the actual date is very important. Anyway, a Virgo/Leo cusp would probably create a very contradictory personality. The Leo is magnanimous, flamboyant, the "king/queen of the jungle" and likes to do everything big and showy. Drama, action and a thirst for life defines Leo. It is the most masculine of the signs. Virgo, is very modest and shy. The rising sign is the physical traits, one's attributes, the habits & mannerisms, the "mask" one where's to the world, and the first impressions made until the sun sign is revealed. Sagittarius rising would give you some very attractive features, clear eyes, a long face, and you move somewhat like a horse, lol, after all Sagittarius is the centaur. That person would have an athletic body.. not necessarily fat free but I don't think you can find an obese Sagittarius rising :) The methodical, routine loving Virgo gets some desire to shine from the Leo and a good intuition from the Moon in Pisces..
