Question: As a child, I fell on something sharp. It cut my leg badly and left a large scar in the distinct outline of a scorpion.

Now that you mention it, I've had a scar on my forehead since I was little. It's only a straight line but it's angled slightly upward, like the Sagittarius symbol, the arrow. Interesting.
No. The only thing that I represent as a Pisces is my large, dainty and flat fish feet. However, I think that is pretty interesting that you have your symbol on your body.

I got struck w/ a broken beer bottle on the left side of my face the scar doesn't look anything like a ram...I think your situation was coincidence and i've never met anyone with anything similar to what you said.

Actually, I'm a gemini, and I used to have a large birthmark in the shape of a lion on my chest. Though as I started to grow, my birthmark spread out more and more till it practicly just disappeared. I do have a leo moon so maybe that could be why I got a lion instead of a pair of twins ;).
When I was younger I wanted to get a tattoo of a Scorpio on my lower back. But I grew over it.
