Semi-Sextile aspect, is it positive or negative?!

I have always found it a positive aspect, although a very, very mild one: the trouble is, you can take an easy, or positive aspect for granted, if you don't value it
But even what we call "difficult" aspects are only lessons to learn and we can often benefit more from them, funnily enough! :)
This is a minor negative aspect which brings unease and minor tension. Because the 2 planets are only 30 deg apart, only an orb of 1-3 degrees is acceptable.
This aspect is not considered one of the major negative ones like squares or oppositions so they are usually not focused upon. It does however indicate a farmic tie between the two planets. There is a lesson (albeit a small one) to be dealt with and effectively overcome. This lesson may well come to us from our past.
It's a good aspect, but it will only come a very few times in your life and only when you are really in need of it, Also consider to which planets it makes a semi-sextile aspect with. If you really want to know what the major luck and chances in your life will be I suggest you look at the Conjunctions, Trines, sextiles, Squares and Oppositons, these will be your best chance to benefit from these aspects.
I think it depends how close it is. I was always taught that a trine was ruled by Jupiter and had an 'allowance' of 8, a sextile was ruled by Venus and had an 'allowance of 6, but as to a semi sextile...I don't know. Perhaps the effect the two planets have on each other is too subtle to notice, however, in relationships I think that perhaps it should be taken into account. Also, if one of the planets is your ruling planet and perhaps is the sun or moon then perhaps that should be taken into account.
