Well if you keep shoplifting, chances are, you will end up in jail. And shoplifting is typically a crime commited early on in a person's life before commiting more serious offenses. You say the first time getting caught-not the first time you had actually stolen from the store. If you want to avoid spending large chunks of your life in jail, stop stealing from anyone. If you don't have the money to make a purchase, stay out of the stores. If the shoplifting is just for the thrill of getting away with doing something wrong, get some counseling. That is called kleptomania and won't be accepted in a court of law as an excuse. Kleptomaniacs do go to jail.

You don't need a psychic to give you an answer for this. Take control of your own life and just do the right thing. A small child knows the difference between right and wrong. So I don't even see why you would ask something like this. If you shoplift and steal your going to get in trouble for it and suffer the consequences. That's just how it is and I'm sure you know that already. Do the right thing and you wouldn't have to worry about stuff like that. It's that simple!!!!!

Also, i used to be a store mgr, and as far as I know, if the total amount that you stole is under $500 they will just give you a ticket, and if you are a minor then it will be a different store, you parents can bail you out.
That depends on what your criminal history is, if Wal-Mart chooses to prosecute and how good your lawyer is.
