Always a fascinating combination in my opinion, but not without its inherent difficulties, since the Sun signs come from vastly different perspectives (quincunx or inconjunct on the zodiac wheel).
This type of combo would result in a mutual instant attraction, as the feminine receptiveness of the Moon would be magnetized by the masculine energies exerted by the Sun. Since this is coming from both ways, the attraction would be doubly strong with double the impact.
Nevertheless, this pairing is not without its difficulties. Sun-Sun contacts with mars as the dominant ruler (ruler of aries and co-ruler of scorpio) indicates that there could be tempers flaring when these two butt heads at times. Although attraction is strong, they ultimately have vastly different innate goals, drives and inner working mechanisms.
