Usually, yes, Cancer people are among the most insecure people in the zodiac. They can struggle with a lot of things that just wouldn't make sense to most people, and have bouts of depression and self-doubt. One important note is that of the Cancer moon, which of all the moon signs seems to override the sun sign the most. I'm a Taurus with a Cancer moon, and while I do carry a lot of Taurus traits (stubbornness, determination, etc.), the Caner moon makes me extremely moody and more insecure than the usual Taurus. If I want to talk to someone that will understand me, a Cancer is always my first choice.
My husband and my brother in law are Cancers and they are probably the least insecure people I know.

I don't usually believe in that stuff (horoscopes, signs, etc.). However, I am a cancer and I'm pretty insecure at times. And VERY sensitive.
some of the ones i know are pretty sensitive. it's a cancer trait. sensitivity kind of comes with insecurity. but you can always work on your confidance. there are confidant cancers out there so don't think you'll always have to be insecure.

I'm a Cancer, and I don't feel it's insecurity as much as it is a need to be appreciated. We know ourselves pretty well, but we can sometimes let our loving nature dictate our lives to the point of getting taken advantage of. We take great risks in love, and insecure people would never do that.
Yep im cancer born on july 9th , most of the cancers are insecure. They might look tough and confident on the out side but in the inside they are insecure. Like me im always saying im ugly im like this i always think everyone else looks better than me, i know most gurls are like that but mine is too much.

Cancer can affect anyone.
But people who lived a lot of stressed, increase their chance of getting cancer.
