dont listen to that crap, anyone can become psychic we all have the subconcious ability
alhtough learning to tune into your senses and your sixth sense requires time and dedication. it doesnt take one week or one year but it can take many years depending on your spiritual level.
Also going into the psychic realm is also very dangerous if you do not know what you are doing, you could allow bad spirits into your life.
If you do however proceed, then you must never give up because being able to connect to the spiritual world is a beautiful place.
You cant be negative always stay positive and have a clear mind.
Tarot cards : Never buy your own tarot cards they should always be given to you as a gift. Its just the way it goes, tarot cards will enter your life when its the right time.
So overall all you really need is yourself, the potential lies within you.
If your not born with the gift of being Psychic then you never will be psychic. You can't be taught that. And, if your using tarot card you should try getting a deck that is for beginners. A beginners tarot deck would give you instruction. Take control of your own life.

There is no need to get an attitude and tell people that they don't need to be in this section just because your not getting the answers you want. Not the "PSYCHIC" section. Psychic has nothing to do with Astrology. There two different things.

Evidence for anything paranormal is lacking. All there is are stories, no proof. Belief is not proof. There is still a million dollars waiting for someone that can prove any type of paranormal ability or event. Under control conditions. Just simply do what you claim and it's yours.
This has been going on for over ten years. When the prize is won then maybe, psychic ability is real.

There is no proof of psychic ability, at least none that can be sneered at or mocked by skeptics.
These is also no evidence of intelligent life on other planets, yet we keep searching, don't we?
Don't end your search simply because there's no proof. There are things in this life that science cannot explain, and will never be able to understand, simply because we are Humans, and human intelligence has limitations.
But the human heart has none.
