With moon opposing neptune we think of emotions and creativity. You can be like a psychic sponge to your environment and may absorb the attitudes and emotions of those around you. Be careful not to hang out with the "wrong crowd". You tend to project your emotional confusion onto other people. This may make relationships difficult because neither of you know who feels what half the time. Health problems may stem from early childhodd experiences, especially with the mother. The imagination needs to be used emotionally; don't take the two apart.

Hope this helps!

Neptune (the planet of illusion) in hard angles (45, 90, and sometimes, 180 degrees) means something you cannot see. Hard angle to the Moon means either you are not clear with your feelings, or your feelings are hard for you to see

Scroll down for Moon squared or opposed Neptune, it's too long to copy here.

Let's break this down. Moon is how we heal ourselves, our knee jerk reaction when we're surprised emotionally. Some say it's from many past life time's experience, so it's a safe emotional place to default to during times of distress.

Neptune deals with our spiritual life, it shows where and how we are mystical.

An opposition means we have to find a middle ground to get the most out of both signs. A lot of people are scared when they see an opposition in their chart, but look at how it is written, two balls connected with a line. Like a bar bell at the gym. Where do you hold the bar bell when you're exercising? You hold it in the middle.

What is needed with any opposition is to find the middle ground between the two planets, signs, and houses.

Each set of opposite signs deal with the same thing but the energy of the first 6 signs the energy goes inward to the person, with the second 6 signs the energy goes out into the world.

Aries/Libra: To be independent/To be connected, they both deal with relationships with others.

Taurus/Scorpio: To have/To let go, they both have to deal with things they have passion about.

Gemini/Sagittarius: Chitty chat/Philosophy, they both deal with thoughts.

Cancer/Capricorn: The home/The work place, they both deal with security.

Leo/Aquarius: Kissing mirrors/Humanitarian, they both deal with love.

Virgo/Pisces: Logic/Mysticism, they are both still in their heads.

Depending on what signs your Moon/Neptune opposition happens to be you need to find a middle ground to take advantage of the strength that lies there.

I hope that helps some. Google "Moon opposed Neptune" there's other links out there to give you more information.

slow genius got it right there Ronald....

Moon opp. Neptune is not a fortunate aspect in many respects, indicating many disappointments and peculiar or involved conditions which tend to hamper your freedom of action.
If you look at the houses involved, they will indicate the areas where this occurs.
You are likely to be peculiarly susceptible to the action of all drugs, especially narcotic drugs and you whould beware of experimenting with them.
The moral side of the nature is rather apt to be weakened by this aspect, which enhances the power of the feelings over the mind, rendering them at the same time more subtle and more exacting.

This aspect involves emotional problems in relationships. Their can be a psychological mirroring effect whereby individuals will project their own emotional problem into others and blame them for their own unrecognized faults.
There is a need for these person to learn emotional detachment and objectivity especially in the affairs of the houses where this aspect is.
If the Moon is in fire signs, your emotions will serve as a creative outlet. In earth signs, there is an emotional need to serve others and attrract the good things in live.
In Air signs, there is an emotional need for freedom and in Water signs, you will be emotional sensitive and personal concerning family and family affairs.
