You're a lot more emotional than your typical fire sign, for starters. The Cancer moon alone could do that.
I would actually say you're more Sag, though. You've got a stellium in the sign to begin with, and Sun and Jupiter (Sag's ruling planet) are both in the sign as a part of that stellium, as well as your ascendant....that's pretty heavily weighted towards Sag right there.
EDIT: Where's your Mars and what aspects does it make and to which planet, that'll tell you a bit more about your temper. I'd say you're probably a bit cranky when you get emotional, no offense meant.
EDIT: Don't know if it's neccessarily that you have a bad temper, but you do like to be in control, and I think that if you feel that control is being taken from you, if you're not defining the rules, you can get angry then. I don't think you have an explosive temper, I think it's probably more along the lines of seething on the inside when you're angry for quite a long time before you'll actually release that anger.
