Question: Going by Sun sign only is dicey, given that, Aries is Fire and Aquarius is Air and they have the potential to be sextile. A sextile is nothing but potential and will not give up the goods unless some effort is made. It's not like a trine where the good luck will fall into your lap.
Aries are independent, so are Aquariuses. Aries wants to do what it wants to do but in some being the "white knight" fighting for the underdogs is a way it expresses itself. An Aquarius would admire that energy.

Interesting and intense but be prepared for separate vacations. You both need space.
For Aries: This is not a bad connection. You are both inquisitive, however at times you may find it difficult to contemplate what the Water-bearer will do next.
For Aquarius: This is an excellent match. You both enjoy a large variety of entertainment. A truly adventuresome union as long as neither one of you tries to dominate or regulate activities.
