Question: Starting in March of this year I will begin this two year transit. What are some things one may encounter especially as Pluto has moved into Cap (my Sun, Venus, and Merc)...

You should have mentioned in what house Pluto is transiting.
Also, I gather that Pluto is trine to your natal Saturn . So I will explain with this in mind.
The aspects can make you believe that everything you need for safety and security is being destroyed and to some extent, this is true or just feels that way. Saturn is the planet of fear and Pluto brings it out.
Fortunately, Saturn also rules persistence and discipline and Pluto can activate those things as well. This can be a good time to start a long-term program of change.
